The Plan for the Day Time: 10:00am – around 4:00ish Where: Barbour House, Gunning NSW Cost: $300 per person Here’s how your cheesy adventure unfolds: • Learn the basics (no experience needed!) • Make two different cheeses from scratch • Cut curds, stir whey, mould and shape like a pro • Discover tips and tricks to recreate the magic at home • Taste, laugh, learn and enjoy the process Expect a relaxed country vibe with plenty of guidance and encouragement along the way.
