A Fun & Fabulous Cheese Making Day in Gunning.
Ready to roll up your sleeves, stir some curds and have a seriously good time? Join us at Barbour House in beautiful Gunning for a hands-on cheese making class designed especially for beginners and lovers of cheese.
It’s creative, it’s delicious, and yes — you’ll be taking home your very own handmade cheeses.

Plan for the Day
Time: 10:00am – around 4:00ish
When: Last Sunday of the month.
Where: Barbour House, 11 Biala Street, Gunning NSW Just 45 minutes from Canberra and 30 minutes from Goulburn
What: Fabulous Feta and Heavenly Haloumi
Cost: $300 per person
Small classes with a maximum of 6 people.
Here’s how your cheesy adventure unfolds:
• Learn the basics (no experience needed!)
• Make two different cheeses from scratch
• Cut, nudge and drain the curds like a pro
• Discover tips and tricks to recreate the magic at home
• Taste, laugh, learn and enjoy the process

What to Bring
Just remember to bring 2 large containers to take your cheese home.
You will definitely want to show off your creations.
There is a limited supply of cheese making kits to purchase should you want to try it at home.
